Fleeting Light in a Broken World

In a broken world, where shadows loom,
Wander broken people, hearts in gloom.
Their dreams like fragments, scattered wide,
Seeking solace where sorrows hide.

In fleeting moments, they find their grace,
A tender smile, a warm embrace.
Amidst the chaos, they catch a gleam,
Of happiness, like a distant dream.

Each step they take on fragile ground,
In search of joy that's seldom found.
Yet in those shards of fleeting light,
They hold on tight with all their might.

For in the cracks, where hope might fade,
They weave their strength, and memories made.
In brokenness, they find their song,
A testament to carrying on.

So let us cherish moments brief,
For they bring respite, however brief.
In a broken world, we still can see,
The fleeting happiness, our hearts set free.
